Returns

It is important to take accurate measurements.  Due to the nature of bridal and eveningwear ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  This is a standard policy in all Bridal Shops. 
 
  Suits are returnable with the tags attached and in the condition they were shipped to you.  There will be a 25% restocking fee.  You must call to request a RAN (return authorization number) within 72 hours.  Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.  This number must be put on the outside of the the return box and returned within 3 days.  Hats and shoes are not returnable.

We recommend you insure your return package. 
We are not responsible for lost returns. 

We reserve the right to deny an exchange
or store credit on any merchandise if the item smells of smoke, is damaged, or in any condition less than when the item was shipped to you.

Store credit expires after a six month time period.

No returns on lingerie and sale items.
